This report provides insight into corporate Ontario’s employment practices concerning diversity groups including women, visible minorities (VM), people with disabilities (PD), aboriginals, mature workers (55+) and members of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) communities. Highlights from the report reveal that while many companies recognize diversity in the workplace, few employ a diverse group of employees or set clear goals to promote diversity.
